Tyre shop acting like gangsters jacked away an innocent lady's car with a disabled old lady inside. Car parked at proper parking lot and ticket paid for. The tyre shop worker jacked the small blue car away to make way for its customer's car, and "rebooked" the parking lot by placing a tyre.
