TIMES NOW have accessed the complaint letter which reveals that the AAP MLA Somnath Bharti had allegedly unleashed his dogs when his wife was pregnant. And he also allegedly attempted to strangulate her. Bharti has to appear before the Delhi Commission for Women on 26th in connection with the case.
