Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) listed buildings as critically dilapidated ahead of monsoon, but still waiting to start work. Resident said building adjacent to it also is in bad shape and it may collapse any time. Similarly there are hundreds of buildings in different parts of the city which needed to be demolished and renovation too.
