I tossed the keys of my BRZ to a friend of mine that owns a Scion FR-S. In this video he'll give you his impressions of the BRZ and why he likes his FR-S better. After this video he also added "I bought the FR-S as a simple, cheap, lightweight rear wheel drive sports car and the things I didn't like about the BRZ (aside from the aesthetics) were things I found to be at odds with what I see as the main goal of the car."
