Josephus Lyles breaks away to win 400 dash at Va. state meet

Though he was hoping for a faster time in the 400-meter dash at the Virginia 5A/6A track and field state meet, T.C. Williams junior Josephus Lyles was still able to win the 400 dash championship with a time of 47.41.
