The 37th round of peace negotiations is coming to an end later today in Havana. Discussions centered on the victims of the five-decade conflict, who number in the millions. The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) rejected any punishment whatsoever for actions the rebels carried out in the course of the conflict.
