Denmark’s general election is just two weeks away, and some Muslim candidates claim they are being intimidated by extreme Islamists. It’s been nearly four months since a radicalised gang member killed two people in attacks during a free speech debate and on a synagogue in the capital Copenhagen. But as Malcolm Brabant reports, some of the staunchest defenders of free speech are actually newcomers to Scandinavia.
