Well, the people of Dhokla village are not concerned about the rising milk prices and the reason behind this is; decades old myth. Around 400 to 500 years ago, a Muslim saint from Sindh came to this village and residents were asked to not to sell or buy milk. Since then, people of this village have been following this myth. Generally, all houses of the village have their own cows and buffaloes and the ones who do not have cattle, they get milk from their neighbours for free.
