To get to North Yankton when your on patch 1.08 you need to follow the steps below its quite similar to the last way and its very easy to do.You can head over there with your friends and explore. See the Snow beaver and Michaels Grave.
1. Start single player and select to replay a mission
2 Select Bury The hatchet Mission ( should be in the 40,s 50,s )
3.Follow this mission till you are driving to the Church in North Yankton and then stop when your close ( should take 5 minutes MAX )
4 Get your friend to start an invite only session and invite you to it.
5. once in the new session Grab a helicopter and fly towards the docks. ( you should see Mountains in the background)
6. Land and go explore, call for a car or ring the police and steal there car.
