The Tank Is at he church all you need to do is ride it around the map and you use the tank to access special parts of the map. You also need the tank to access the purple staff parts the Staff of lightning parts can only be found using the tank.

The Tank starts over in the church and costs 500 points to get it moving.It will stop half way round and cost another 500 points.
