Is there anything in the whole world better than having breakfast for dinner?
But breakfast for dinner is way up there on my list of favorite things, right between air conditioning and ballet flats.
Breakfast for dinner is a standard in our house, occurring at least once a week. Around these parts, we call it brinner– a celebration of eggs, bacon, pancakes, and french toast–brought back for an evening encore.
Brinner is a time to play, to mix sweet and savory in combinations that wouldn’t usually grace the dinner table.
This Bacon and Dubliner Cheese Stuffed French Toast is the result of that delicate play. I know it sounds strange, but hear me out.
