Director Kunal Deshmukh's Raja Natwarlal is a con revenge drama similar to a David versus Goliath, where a street conman needs to take his revenge on a white collar master conman. We learnt that this master conman's character played by Kay Kay Menon in the film has been modelled on the Sahara chief Subrata Roy.
