"Our gorgeous ‘Dhak Dhak’ girl, Madhuri Dixit turned a year older today and on this occasion we wish her a very happy birthday!
Starting her career in 1984 with ‘Abodh’, Madhuri made her presence felt in Bollywood with her 1988 release ‘Tezaab’. The ‘Ek Do Teen’ dance number became every little girl’s first dance steps.
And then in films like 'Ram Lakhan', 'Saajan', 'Beta', 'Khalnayak', 'Hum Aapke Hai Kaun', 'Dil To Pagal Hai', Madhuri established herself as a powerful actress. He role of Chandramukhi in 2002 film ‘Devdas’ was critically acclaimed and so was her performances in films like ‘Anjaam’, ‘Pukar’ ‘Mrityudand’ and ‘Lajja’.
Madhuri was seen in strong woman-centric roles in her last two releases ‘Dedh Ishiya’ and ‘Gulaab Gang’.
