If Sunny Leone is tried and convicted, she can be jailed for 5 years
"The Thane police's charges against adult film-turned-Bollywood actor Sunny Leone are under the IPC (sections 292, 292A and 294, all dealing with obscenity) the Information Technology Act (section 67, obscenity in electronic form), and the Indecent Representation of Women Act (section 3 and 4, prohibition of dissemination of indecent representation of women).
The maximum punishment - imprisonment up to five years or fine up to Rs 10 lakh or both—is under the IT Act's section 67. "
