Ecuador: President Cites Regional Destabilization Plots

2015-05-21 0

Ecuadoran President Rafael Correa reiterated his view that right-wing destabilization attempts are being instrumented against progressive governments in Latin America. He said such opposition plots against the governments of Brazil, Bolivia, Venezuela, Argentine, and Ecuador have a similar discourse, use the same tactics, are well organized, and are linked to, coordinated, and in contact with each other. Part of their strategy involves psychological warfare through the corporate controlled mass media. In response, the region must unite and advance in its integration efforts.
