MANILA - The Senate Blue Ribbon mother committee on Monday cited Gerry Limlingan, Antonio Tiu and 12 others in contempt after failing to appear in a subcommittee investigation on the alleged overpricing of the Makati City Hall building 2 and other irregularities.
