Mutya Ng Masa goes to Tarlac, the province is known to be the 'belen' capital of the Philippines. In order to give pride to their identity, the Tarlaceños annually commemorate 'Belenismo', a competition wherein different belen concepts are presented by different towns of Tarlac.
