A man and a woman dressed as their respective genitalia caused a stir during a street performance on Glastonbury's High Street. Joanne Tremarco and Chris Murray, members of the Nomadic Academy for Fools, were promoting plays dressed as reproductive organs. A passerby got offended, saying "it's disgusting and children could see", then ripped off the man's hat and threw it on the pavement. Later, police arrived and told Tremarco she had to remove her costume or face arrest. In the end, no one pressed charges and the performers agreed not to go out in public in their costumes again.
