Four people died and four were injured on Wednesday night after a gunman shot them in two different houses in Texas' Dallas area.
According to reports, the man, identified by police as Erbie Bowser, walked to his ex-girlfriend's home on Long Canyon Trail at around 10:30 pm.
According to the Daily Mail, he entered the house and when he didn't find her he opened fire, killing two people and injuring a 14 years old boy and a 17 years old girl, who are now in hospital in critical conditions.
By the time officers arrived on the scene the suspect had already fled. Dallas police found four gunshot victims, two of which were already deceased.
After he left the house in Long Canyon Trail, the suspect drove to another house in DeSoto.
Once there, he threw an explosive device inside the house and after it detonated he went inside and shot another four people, killing two and injuring a 11-year-old and a 13-year-old boy.
According to reports, he only stopped shooting when he ran out of ammunitions.
Bowser then headed south to DeSoto police officials, Reuters reported. He tried to disguise himself as one of the injured but was then arrested. He reportedly repeated his name, rank and serial number to police.
According to WWFA the suspect was a former Dallas Maverick ManiAACS dancer and a former Military. Bowser has a previous conviction of assault with a deadly weapon from December 2011.
