Man vs dog: You'd have to be barking mad to try and face off with a police dog named Chaos, yet that's exactly what one Pennsylvanian did on September 15 during a DUI stop.
Online court records reveal that that 26-year-old James Paul Andrews, of Cranberry Township allegedly taunted a police dog by "barking, hissing and growling" at it, according to the animal's handler, Evan City police Sgt. Don Myers
Around 2.15 a.m. officers pulled Andrews over and submitted him to a sobriety test. The stop proceeded normally at first, but at some point during the process Andrews became irritated and began hissing and at the the K-9 officer.
On Monday, police filed a charge of inciting chaos; a felony charge which carries up to seven years in prison.
