Surveillance footage taken from the morning of October 21 shows the shooting that occurred at the Drai's After Hours Club inside Bally's Hotel & Casino.
The video shows Benjamin Frazier, 42, arguing with security staff at the Drai's After Hours nightclub inside Bally's on the Strip over paying a $30 cover charge. Frazier then pulls out a .38 caliber revolver and starts struggling with the security guard. The guard is then seen falling to the ground. Another security guard then opens the door, see the gun and turns to escape.
Frazier then shoots one of the security guards in the arm and chest. The second guard that walked in was shot in the stomach as he tries to flee. Frazier then walks out of the club onto the main gaming floor in Bally's aiming his handgun. Footage shows people around him falling to the ground looking for cover.
Kenneth Brown, 40, is then seen jumping on the back of Frazier as he tries to tackle him to the ground. Frazier then shoots Brown in the neck. Both men then fall to the ground, with Brown's body slumped over Frazier.
A grand jury indicted Frazier earlier this month on six counts, including one count each of murder and carrying a concealed firearm and two counts each of attempted murder and battery with a deadly weapon.
Brown had just moved to Las Vegas from Los Angeles and was working as a club promoter and stand-up comedian. He was fatally shot in the neck and upper chest. Both of the guards survived. Robert Farias was shot in the arm and chest. Anthony Guerrero was shot in the stomach.
