Cuban President Raul Castro says his country and the United States could name ambassadors at the end of May. As soon as the U.S. removes Cuba from its list of state sponsors of terrorism, he said, both countries will designate ambassadors. The 45-day waiting period for removal from the list ends May 29th. The slow pace of the process does not worry the President of the island nation, who prefers a steady pace to allow time for the country to adjust to the new situation. teleSUR
