If the accusations leveled against Texas veterinarian Dr. Millard Tierce are proven true, he needs to spend some time behind bars.

Last October, Jamie and Marian Harris were heartbroken after Dr Tierce said their pet Sid had to be put down.

But half a year later, the Harris' were shocked to get a call from a technician at the clinic saying their dog was still alive.

Even worse, the dog's owners were told their animal was being kept alive so Dr. Tierce could the dog's blood for transfusions!

Mr. and Mrs. Harris stormed down to the clinic and found their pet alive and being kept in a filthy cage.

The Harris' took Sid to another vet and discovered there was never anything wrong with their dog in the first place.

Dr Tierce's vet license has been suspended, animals were removed from his clinic and he was arrested and charged with animal cruelty.
