Eric, is calm, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He has the unique ability to take an immensely complex product (Health Insurance) and explain it in simple, concise yet complete terms. Eric did not stop after explaining the product I called about, rather he brought two or three other products into the conversation and explained them so I could make an educated decision. Previously, I had spent hours on the phone with representatives of one of the Insurance firms. There I was rushed, experienced rudeness, etc. Eric was a Godsend, THANK YOU Annette
