A couple in Colorado were deliberately run over after they called the cops on a mom who left her son in a hot car.
Shannon Dominguez, 43, and her boyfriend Alan Mason called the police after they found a 4-year-old kid left alone in a hot car at a Longmont Dollar Tree store back in June.
The boy’s mom, Kristina Riddell, 27, reportedly lost it when she realized that the couple had called the cops on her. The angry mom threatened to punch Dominguez and decked Mason before she got into her white Honda to plow down the couple.
The car first hit Dominguez, crushing her leg, then sent Mason over the hood. Mason continued to hang onto the car for another 20 feet before tumbling onto the the parked lot.
The couple suffered extensive injuries, but Dominguez said she’d still call the cops in a heartbeat, ‘if it means helping a child.’
The mom, 27-year-old Kristina Riddell, was arrested at her home in Longmont and charged with hit-and-run, assault, and child abuse.
