Boxer Floyd Mayweather is back in the news again and it’s not because of a victory in the ring. Once again, this serial offender is being accused of domestic violence.
Explosive new allegations have been leveled at boxing champ Floyd Mayweather after a lawsuit was filed against him by ex-fiancee Shantel Jackson.
In the suit, she alleges Mayweather choked her in 2012 and then grabbed her phone and looked through her private communications.
Jackson says that in 2013, Mayweather demanded she return a diamond ring while pointing a gun at her.
She also alleges he stopped her from leaving his home in Las Vegas, which amounts to a charge of false imprisonment.
As their break-up progressed, Jackson is rumored to have had a private abortion and she says he posted cruel comments about her on Facebook and then threatened to release nude pictures of her. He eventually, she says, released ‘unflattering’ pics of her on Instagram.
Lest we forget, Mr Mayweather served two months in jail in 2012 for domestic abuse that included charges of punching the mother of his daughter. This man might be a darn fine fighter, but he seems to be a pretty unkind human being.
