A North Carolina man was arrested earlier this month after unsuccessfully attempting to sell a crushed Pop Tart he claimed was crack cocaine to an undercover agent, according to a WCTI12 report.
The suspect, Cameron Mitchell met the officer while making a routine convenience store delivery in Halifax in June.
The 30-year-old reportedly agreed to sell the officer crack cocaine despite not actually having any.
He next reportedly rushed back to his truck and pulled a MacGyver-like improvisation off by turning the corner of a Pop Tart into what apparently passed off as crack cocaine before selling it to the agent.
Authorities eventually caught up to Mitchell who was arrested earlier on September 4th.
