On the second day of his visit to West Bengal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached out to the states, saying the Centre and states should work together as 'Team India' to solve national problems. He said the potential gains of Centre-State cooperation are huge. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was also present at the inauguration of the new IISCO steel plant in Burnpur, and she too spoke about strengthening the federal structure.
