Toby Jug."Greasy Quiff" Ultra rare 1969 Private only 50 copies pressed original. one of the most collectable folk/psych albums from the UK.

Well, some breaking the alphabetical order of the narrative, made it to the next part of your favorites in the Kissing Spell. What turns this comedy Jag-skiffle-blues-folk band from Cambridge can truly be described in one word - "fun." The album consists of two parts: Jug Live Music (live at Cambridge Folk Club 11/01/1969) and Electric Music at John Lord Soud Recording 1968-69. It all starts rather low: The first thing «Trains» some psychedelic clumsy mess with the bleating vocals, something akin to Purgatory Carl Palmer or Incredible String Band. But what comes after (items 2-6) - or, as an anti-folk, anti-blues, anti-you-please, not name: on their washboard, banjo, harmonica and all whistles dudes cut in a vintage purse any form of Charleston, ragtime, curves blyuzopodobnyh hits, some kreyzovoy psychedelia with such Hochma and with such enthusiasm that, frankly, you forget about all Crimson with Gentle Dzhayentami and their importance to children. The second part of the plate - more than the traditional boogie-woogie blues with mixing, but here we see that the eyeballs guys shot some clearly obschepitovym ingredient - all executed with such drive and show it to them in such a rush, that listening to as- then spontaneously uplifting. The show ends with a number of psychotropic «Elastic Landlady» - heavy bluesy hard aspic with ecstatic howling. But in the end you realize that this one, the only one on here veschuga umnyake sounded - a parody of some Hendrix.
