Christian Allard, who is originally from France, is a Member of the Scottish Parliament. His party, the separatist Scottish National Party, won 56 out of Scotland's 59 seats in Westminster in last week's general election, a landslide victory.
Christian Allard reacts to the results of the election and to David Cameron's promise to hold an "in-out" referendum on EU membership.
"It's out of the question that Scotland will be taken out of Europe without Scotland deciding it", he says. “If there is a referendum across these islands, and Scotland decides to stay in Europe, Mr Cameron will have to respect the will of the Scottish people”, he warns.
Programme presented by Christophe Robeet.
