Using Biometric Staff Attendance ERP System the management can easily analyze the faculty Leave Application. That Leave Application has following Modules based on Bio Metric, Initially that has Staff Code, Staff Name, Department, Designation, Leave Type, Leave mode, Reason after completing all those details Alternating Schedule is must think to do. The Corresponding Leave applied staff schedule will allocate automatically with the rest of Staff members in the department who are available on that particular day and the timetable was changed without manual interference. Once the staff Apply for leave means that shows the whole details of the particular Staff on Month wise and allocated leave wise report will be generated.
Once His/Her leave was approved, then the Biometric automatically update report sheet. No need for manual work to marking the Leave on the report sheet. The Biomertirc based pay process report has following list Staff’s Name, Department, Designation, Working Days, Present, Absend, Leave Apply, Permissions, Attendance Percentage , In and Out Time of Staff members.
