Bolivia has presented its case for sea access to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) at The Hague. The delegation says Bolivia does not intend to ignore The Treaty of 1904 signed after a war in which Chile seized Bolivia’s coastline, but insists that Chile fulfill its obligation to grant Bolivia sovereign access to the sea.
