Newly appointed U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch visited Baltimore where she met with local police as well as the family of Freddie Gray, the African American resident whose death in policy custody sparked a wave of unrest in the city and nationwide support demonstrations. Lynch praised the police force for being "on the front lines" and expressed willingness to work with local law enforcement in resolving problems. Meanwhile, rock icon Prince announced a special concert in Baltimore this weekend to coincide with Mother's Day. Part of the proceeds will go to Baltimore youth organizations. teleSUR
