In a major policy decision designed to have an impact in Latino communities, U.S. presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton announced her support for comprehensive immigration reform and a path to citizenship for the millions of undocumented workers living in the United States. Clinton's announcement, however, was met by skepticism, as Barack Obama made similar promises when running for president, only to renege on them and increase the deportation of undocumented immigrants. teleSUR
