The Senate hearing on the Bangsamoro Basic Law resumed today. It began with Committee on Local Government Chair, Bongbong Marcos asking MILF Chief Negotiator Mohagher Iqbal to explain his use of an alias. Marcos said the issue has raised questions of good faith on the part of the MILF. In response, Iqbal said he uses an alias to protect himself, his family, and the Bangsamoro struggle.
