Ahmedabad: A resident of Sabarmati area has made an offline mobile application comprising as many as 4,500 helpline numbers. Abhishek Gupta, an engineer took two months to make this application. The mobile app has special features for the safety of women that will enable them to seek immediate help of police through mobile phones in times of emergency.
