Over 100 computer network experts are met in St. Lucia from April 17 to May 1 to discuss the technological challenges faced by the English-speaking Caribbean in relation to hackers and Internet security. Organized by the NGO Caribbean Network Operators Group (CaribNOG), the experts say the region is particularly vulnerable to cyber attacks but has been slow to address the issue and keep pace with technological changes.
