Bolivian President Evo Morales has named the delegation that will present the country's case for access to the sea before the International Court of Justice in the Hague. Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca will head the delegation, which will also include Bolivia's ambassadors to the OAS, UN, and the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR). Bolivia's call for access to the sea, which would involve its neighbor Chile, is a long-standing demand of the landlocked country. teleSUR
