Potential buyers would like to hear from White Rock, British Columbia, residents as to why median (average) condo prices has declined from approximately $400K to $439K, in just one year, as shown on this chart/graph from a realtor's informative website. The strata council minutes from Pacific Pointe strata, on 15921 Marine Drive, shows bedbugs and "insects" infestation. How much of a deterrent is this to potential buyers? Please comment, especially if you are from White Rock, or South Surrey BC, because this is the Information Age, and a lot of people would like to hear about "why".
