Exactly on the opposite side of the spectrum from GLASS, we have this level. This level has no name, like GLASS, and it is small enough that it is still basically a test level.

What makes this level stand apart from the aforementioned GLASS is the amount of interactivity. Nail Traps are thrown around in the starting corridor, giving a slight bit of challenge before reaching the main feature of the level. The Nail Traps are not that dangerous, nor would I expect great risk from a test level. Still, it is a nice addition to a level that simply could have started you in the room with the main feature.

Upon reaching the main room, you will see a mounted Cannon (I got the name from the editor, whereby all portions of the Cannon are categorized under said name). The Cannon is very similar to the Laser Trap, it shoots lasers in a straight field of vision from the origin point.

The Cannon should not be confused with Armagon's Laser Cannon. This is not a weapon you can carry, but one you use in a similar fashion to the Electric Pylons used against Chthon. This time you fight a Shambler that is unalert to your presence (causing the Shambler to become alert will allow it to move around, thereby making it most likely to move out of the line of sight of the Cannon).

The Cannon is rapid fire, meaning the shots will be coming out at a very fast pace. It is very similar to a mounted gun, many examples of which can be seen later in the FPS genre, but this is perhaps one of the earlier examples.

The Cannon consists of a base upon which a Button exists. Pressing the Button activates the Cannon (it also appears that sight is somewhat needed, if you notice when I turn around the Cannon is no longer active). The Cannon consists of a main stem and two elongated Laser Traps.

Overall, this level is very basic and therefore doesn't have much to showcase. Still, the Cannon is quite an interesting feature that I find rather appealing. It definitely functions more properly than the Explosive Wall, while being more interesting than Glass. It is also interesting to get a nice start in the form of a couple Nail Traps.
