Jordi Balk is a Dutch defender currently playing for FC Oss in the Eerste Divisie, the second tier of Dutch football.
With the score at 0-0, Balk was given a bit of a hospital pass by his team-mate in the 19th minute, causing the defender to panic as the attacker chased him down.
FC Oss eventually went on to lose the game 2-1 making his clanger all the more painful.
