The primary aim of Transport Management is that to make the transport section of the campus more organized, safe and punctual.
PALPAP - Transport Management ERP software module, there are sections of Route Allotment Management, Distance/Area based Allotment set up, Bus Schedules/ Timetables, User Lists and Reports, Vehicle Management, Vehicle Allocation. Each category is designed with a special purpose.
This Transport Management ERP of PALPAP system will display the number of seats in each vehicle of the college, for the Management. This section Vehicle allocation helps the Management to view the allocation of the vehicles to particular routes.
Our System follows hierarchy module to fill the Route Allotment in Vehicle,In addition to that Boarding point will generate automatically to entering single alphabet.
Different reports can be generated for Users, Parents and Management. This transport management solution contributes to a systematic, disciplined campus with safe transportation facilities. The biggest advantage of this transport management ERP is that the parents and other concerned people can even know the details of the students to campus.
In this system Palpap introduced Route Based fee setup,Linked up with fee management system to update the student fee, Route Information with pick up points and timings.
