Weed and work: Could cannabis legalisation bring an economic jolt?

The debate on whether to legalise marijuana, and the health hazards associated with the drug, is a divisive one, and there are many strong opinions. But in recent years there's been a move towards legalisation in places like Colorado in the US and also in Uruguay.

Proponents refer to economic arguments, saying a legal marijuana market could bring jobs as well as a much-needed boost to government coffers.
