Regenerative burners for aluminum melting furnaces

Application:
Renerative burners manufactured by Yueyang Xinte are mainly applied in all melting industry where additional smoke heat needs to be recycled.

Working principle of regenerative burner:
A pair of burners combust in turn periodically, with the smoke being used to heat the air so as to acquire high-temperature and combustion-promoting air. When one of the burners is combusting, the smoke gets through the other burner and heat the regenerative medium (named alumina ball) in it. After the regenerative medium has been heated, the other burner begin to combust, and the former burner start to suck and exhaust smoke. The combustion-promoting air will be heated when it passes through the regenerative medium. Since the air can be pre-heated to over 800℃, the heating effect of the burner is quite excellent and highly efficient.

Advantages of the products:
1. Smoke exhaustion temperature is below 250℃, which can effectively reduce the emission of exhaust gas.
2. It will be successfully achieved to automatically control furnace pressure and the temperature of combustion, furnace and molten aluminum.
