Zersetzen was developed by the former East German secret police (the STASI) to persecute dissidents. Today some of own Spy Agencies are using Zersetzen techniques to bully innocent citizens and whistleblowers for private power elites – in situations that have nothing whatsoever to do with national security.
Zersetzen combines character assassination and slander with intimidation, harassment, surveillance, cyberbullying and threats. Sometimes called “no touch” torture or Cointelpro, these vicious “Zersetzen” tactics are being used illegally by Spy Agencies to poison every aspect of their victims’ life.
