New York Governor Andrew Cuomo ended his trip to Cuba, the first by a U.S. governor since the December 2014 announcement that the two countries would seek to reestablish diplomatic relations. During the trade mission, agreements were signed between New York software firms and Cuban cancer research institutes. The Buffalo-based Roswell Park Cancer Institute and Havana's Center for Molecular Imunology will be working together to develop a lung cancer vaccine. teleSUR
