Shanghai's polluting vehicles to be targeted under new law

China's largest city, Shanghai, is preparing to introduce a new law in coming weeks that will force polluting vehicles off the road - to prevent the country's air quality from worsening. Al Jazeera's Adrian Brown reports from Shanghai.
