Reportedly, Volvo has launched V40 Cross Country with a petrol engine in the country. Priced for Rs 27 lakh ex-showroom Mumbai, this compact SUV rivals the Mercedes-Benz GLA, BMW X1 and Audi Q3.
However, Volvo doesn’t gain a price bargain in the market due to a reason: it imports the car completely from abroad rather than producing it in India.
Just like other cars of lineup, V40 too gets numerous safety tricks and treats, for example, the knee air bag, active bending bi-xenon headlamps and many more.
In fact, list of features also prove endless, where buyers can choose between a two-tone and single-tone leather theme. The standard item includes TFT screen, reverse parking camera 8-speaker music system and 16-inch alloy wheels.
