Four-year-old receives new wheelchair after his was stolen

When Nikisha Marshall of Upper Marlboro, Md., saw the news report about 4-year-old Joshua Romero's wheelchair being stolen she was so touched that she decided to donate an old chair that belonged to her 11-year-old son, who also has special needs.
