Melody, a very friendly, affectionate and talkative cat is 3-4 years old and is considered "older" even though she has a lot of years left in her. Most people go to shelters to adopt kittens, so the older adult cats get overlooked in crowded facilities. Often adults cats are the first to be euthanized if they cannot find rescues or forever homes. Please contact animal care.lacounty.gov if you can be Melody's forever family.
